Summer Fundraising Challenge for HRI
Walk, run, swim, cycle, knit (?) 100 km in July in aid of Husky Rescue Ireland! Then post a photo of your efforts on our Facebook page to win HRI goodies!

The challenge is simple - carry out any activity you like throughout July and raise funds in the process. You don't need to have a pet but of course you're welcome to exercise with your furry one if that's what you want or can do.
If you're exercising, you can approximate the distance or use technology in a form of a step counter or one of the many fitness mobile apps like FitBit or MyFitnessPal. We won’t be asking you for proof of distance because this is not about winning, fastest times, or longest walks. We all have different abilities and we know that it may not be possible for many of our friends and followers to exercise 100 km. And that's okay! Carry out any activity you like. Knit, paint, bake 100 cupcakes :-) It’s all about having fun, raising awareness, and helping doggies.
The best way to raise funds is to use Facebook fundraiser. Just click here and follow Facebook steps to create a fundraiser which you can then share with your friends and family. All funds collected this way go straight to us - hassle free! Pro tip - to make your fundraiser stand out give it a catchy title like "Baking 100 Cupcakes Challenge for Husky Rescue Ireland". Also, ensure to set the end date as July 31st for the fundraiser not to expire too soon!

If you prefer the "pen and paper" sponsorship card click here to download it. Once the challenge is over you can transfer the funds to us using any of the donation options listed here.
Finally, we have prepared a participation certificate which you can download by clicking here. Simply print it, write your name, and display proudly :-)

Now, how to win the HRI goodie pack? Share a photo of your efforts on any of the challenge posts on our Facebook page! We will pick our favourite photo in August. Sharing photos is, of course, not mandatory to participate in the challenge!

Thank you for helping us save more doggies' lives!
