He's right for you if...

We know he has lived with a family before and is good with children. He doesn't like small dogs so he might end up being rehomed as an only dog.

Update on 25 July 2020

Raiden is looking forward to a new life with an owner who has experience of his breed or maybe had an akita previously and knows how special they are.

Raiden is very friendly and playful, with a lovely temperament. He loves being around people and getting lots of attention.

Raiden might be rehomed with a female if they were suitable and they had a successful meet and greet. He is an amazing boy and would make a great only pet for the right household too. We don't know if he has any experience with cats, this would have to be tested responsibly.

Raiden would make a great walking companion, he's great on his lead and loves to get out for a walk.

This beautiful boy will make a fantastic pet when he settles into a new loving home.

Update on 4 June 2020

Raiden is looking for an akita experienced owner to welcome him into their home.

Raiden came from the Pound recently and is still a little shy but is definately showing us a little bit more of his personality day by day and it's lovely.

He's friendly and affectionate but holds back initially until he feels comfortable around new people.

He is very good on his lead and loves to get out for a walk. He has started playing with some of the toys at the Centre and is enjoying a good run around in the field.

Raiden might be ideally suited as an only dog or if he met the right calm female at a meet and greet, it could possibly work.

Raiden will thrive with the right owner, if you'd like to offer this amazing dog a loving home, get in touch with the Rehoming Team.
